The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program is committed to providing students with meaningful work and a chance to gain a wide knowledge of the insurance industry and to network with fellow interns and full-time associates. 2025 - Spring / Summer internship

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience studies, including preparation of experience analysis reports
• Preparation and analysis of premium reset exercises using Excel and GGY AXIS
• Risk limit monitoring and reporting
• Development of analysis tools to support inforce management activities
• Running actuarial models in Excel and/or Prophet

Required Skills:

• Enrolled at the University level and pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics, with a major in Actuarial Science
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts at a level commensurate with applicant's educational experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using GGY AXIS and/or Prophet
• Programming experience in VBA
• Passed at least one SOA exam

Pay rate will vary based on terms completed and exams : 23$/hourly 33$/hourly
