DARAG Germany is looking for an additional
Senior Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities
> Conduct qualitative risk assessments and present findings to the Board
> Update quarterly QRT reports and continuously improve the update process
> Develop and regularly update DARAG’s ORSA, SFCR, RSR, and overall risk strategy
> Enhance methods and processes for identifying business-related risks, with a particular focus on transaction risks
> Project capital requirements for legal entities under various scenarios and prepare related reports
Required Work Experience
> Relevant professional experience in international insurance, reinsurance, or consulting
> Ideally, proven expertise in Solvency II
> Strong initiative, commitment, and self-motivation
> Analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively in an international environment
> High IT affinity, with experience in MS Excel and databases
