ERGO employer qualities: Collegiality

Together with employees, managers and junior staff, ERGO has developed an employer brand and worked out four core messages to demonstrate that ERGO puts its customers and employees at its heart and enables them to develop their full potential. We will use these keywords as a guideline throughout the year to highlight one value per quarter. Cooperation and respectful interaction between colleagues are an important part of our employer promise and are perceived very positively by our employees at ERGO. This is confirmed time and again in employee surveys and on common employer rating portals.

And this also has an impact on working atmosphere. Efficiency and trust support the teams in their collaboration.

Particularly in complex problem-solving processes, e.g., in the actuarial department, collegial teamwork helps staff to make well-founded decisions. Not only the exchange of knowledge, but also mutual support leads to better results and has a positive influence on the working environment. 

This allows us to grow together and characterises the culture at ERGO.
